About Me
After graduating from Bocconi University, I worked in investment banking, private equity, and venture capital.
Over the years, I advised founders, family businesses and institutional clients on corporate finance and M&A matters from startup fundraising to complex restructuring.
Today, I operate as an independent advisor. This means full flexibility, critical thinking, and only one priority: delivering value to those I work with.
